So, she might be pregnant.
Here’s some quick advice that may be helpful now:
THE DO’S
  1. Listen. This involves you and others. There's now three lives to consider.
  2. Try to be calm. She needs support from you especially now. While she's carrying the baby, you're both parents, and whatever happens in your relationship, the baby needs you also.
  3. Discuss it. With each other but also parents and those close to you. Keeping it from those who might be able to help will INCREASE your stress.
  4. Get the facts. Get all the info so you can make an informed choice, the one best for both of you.
  5. Be honest. It’s normal to feel angry, scared and more. But help her know she's not alone.
THE DON’TS
  1. Don’t leave. It can make it harder it becomes to think and make choices clearly.
  2. Don’t pressure her. Pressuring will only push her away, perhaps into a regretful situation. You'll do well to work together as a team.
  3. Don’t forget. You have a very active role in this situation. Listen to input as well as give your thoughts.
